The Royal Forest Residence & Resort is one of the enterprises of Teixeira Holzmann venture, company engaged with building constructions and condominiums. The project has a differential native forest with more than 72.000 m2, equivalent to three acres.
Master Ambiental held the environmental diagnosis of forest fragment indicating the areas that need intervention, seeking to support the restoration of native forest.
In these studies, the main problems indicated as targets for intervention were uncontrolled dissemination of vines, bamboos and bushes, causing the suffocation of native tree species, indicating that the fragment is in a process of gradual degradation and, if not suffer technical intervention, would be bound to be taken by the exotic and invasive species.
The recovery project of the area intended, through human intervention, enabled to be installed a process of ecological succession, controlling invasive species and planting native ones, pioneers and climax on secondary points, aiming to enrich the vegetation.

What was the purpose of Master Ambiental work?
The objective of this work was to identify the areas of permanent preservation (APP) that exist in the batch. The characterization of these areas according to their ecological functions in accordance with the applicable legislation, especially the forest code and CONAMA resolution 303, identifying the presence of factor of occupation within the limits of the preservation area, and suggesting compensatory and preventive/corrective actions to be adopted for environmental compliance.
